Plain Framer layers, two CMS collections and a handful of styles. No code anywhere.

Change the words
Double-click any text and type. Most text uses text styles (Hero, Heading, Title, Body and so on), so new words keep the look.
Headings with an italic word are two pieces of text in one line: the italic word is set in Instrument Serif in the Clay colour. Select the word to change it, or delete it.

Swap the photos
Select a photo layer (for example Image inside Hero photo) and pick a new image in Fill. Use Fill position to keep the house in frame at every screen size.
Calm daylight photos with soft stone and timber tones suit the palette best.

Listings
CMS › Listings. One item per home: Title, Area, Price, Status (For sale or To rent), Beds, Baths, Size, Summary, Image (4:3) and Description. Order sets the order of every list.
Turn on Show gallery and add Photo 2, 3 and 4 to show a row of interior photos on the listing page. Every listing gets its own page automatically.

Buy and Rent
The Listings page shows two lists filtered by Status. Type For sale or To rent exactly, and the home appears in the right list. Buy and Rent in the menu jump to those lists.

Agents
CMS › Agents: Name, Role, Phone, Email, Image (4:5), Bio and Order.

Forms
The valuation, viewing and contact forms send to Framer form submissions. Select a form to send them to email, Google Sheets or a webhook.
The Submit Button has five states: Default, Pending, Success, Error and Incomplete. Its label is a control, so each form can say something different.

Colours and fonts
Colours are colour styles: Stone, Panel, Card, Ink, Soft, Mute, Line and Clay. Change Clay once and the accent changes everywhere.
Type is Instrument Sans with Instrument Serif italic for accent words.

Before you publish
Replace the address, phone and email in the Footer, Navigation and Contact page, adapt the Legal page and set your site title, description and social image in Site Settings.
